Operation Principle：
1. Firstly, the raw material is dumped into hopper, and the vibrating feeder will feed the stones(≤340mm) into jaw crusher. Jew crusher（PE400×600）, as the primary crusher, crushes the blasted stone into little pieces(≤90mm)
2. Secondly, stones out from Jaw crusher are conveyed to the vibrating screen through belt conveyor. After classification of the vibrating screen, you may get several kinds of final products as you required,:0-5mm, 5-10mm, 15-25mm . And for the aggregate bigger than 25mm would be transported into the fine jaw crusher for the secondary crushing, then back to the screen again, which forms a closed cycle line.
In such a stone crushing plant, you could get the small output product with the big feeding stone, for it is troublesome to control the input stone to be very small, which effectively solve the customer’s another problem.
