Site Selection for Sand Production Line

In recent years, with the rapid development of sand industry in China, engineering projects increased sharply,the shortage of sand material is happening to some areas, the natural sands have not been able to meet the needs of China's modernization drive. In this case, the state now is promoting artificial sand with sand production line. Sand production line became widely used in mining machinery industry . Choose reliable equipments for sand production line is important, but exploring a site for sand production line also should not be underestimated.

To choose a proper site for the sand production line ,you should take these aspects below into consideration :

First, aggregate production line must be located in a convenient place, it would be better to link to national highway so as to facilitate the transport of material, expand the scale of production, ensure normal operation of sand production line.

Secondly, sand production line should close to the quarries and sources of raw materials , so you can saving transportation cost and also convenient for factories to purchase materials.

Once again,  aggregate production line sites must have a reliable supply of electricity, such as using the mains power supply, as well as to minimize transmission line, so as not to build your own power plants to increase investment and operation costs, on the other hand ,a good water supply is also needed , on the premise of ensuring water quality and quantity, the site should close to the water in order to save transportation costs.

Last but not least , implement the principle of economizing on land, on the premise of meeting the needs of production, taking up lands as few as possible, especially the good arable land .

Only take the above factors into consideration, can the efficiency of  aggregate production line be ensured.
