Iron ore crushing process plays an important role in steel producing industry and it is the first step to produce iron ore and to resize iron ores into the sand size particles. The iron ore crushing process goes as follow:
Iron ore is firstly exploded from iron ore mines. There are six kinds of iron ores and we choose the high grade magnetite, hematite, goethite, limonite and siderite as the steel making materials.
Then iron ore is fed into primary crusher, usually jaw crusher and impact crusher, by vibrating feeder evenly and continuously. The processed iron ore sand is transported into secondary crusher, in which iron ore sand are get crushed into fine iron ore sand, by belt conveyor. We usually use impact crusher, jaw crusher and cone crusher as secondary crusher. In the next tertiary crushing step, iron ore sand gets produced into iron ore powder in the tertiary crushers, which are usually cone crushers. Finally, we get iron ore powder and the iron ore crushing process is ended.
